About Us

We started United Front because we were tired of how the roofing industry treated homeowners. Here's our story.

Built on referrals, not ads

We founded United Front Roofing because the East Bay deserved a roofing contractor that gave straight answers — even when those answers cost us jobs.

We've seen every trick in the industry: inflated scopes, unnecessary full replacements sold to homeowners with 10 good years left on their roof, subcontractors showing up who don't know the job they were hired for. We built our company to be the opposite of all of that.

About 80% of our work comes from referrals. Neighbors recommending us to neighbors. That only happens when you leave every job with people who trust you. That's the whole business model.

We do about 70 roofs a year — intentionally. We're not trying to grow into a call center. We're trying to stay small enough that every customer gets the owner's attention.
