Yes. CSLB License #1123728. You can verify this at cslb.ca.gov in 30 seconds — just search by license number or company name.
Yes — general liability and workers' compensation. We carry both. We'll provide certificates on request before any work starts.
No. The crew that walks your roof on Day 1 is the crew that installs it. We don't outsource to subbies.
Pricing & Payment
Typical ranges: Composition shingle $14K–$22K. Architectural shingle $16K–$26K. Metal $26K–$42K. Tile $30K–$48K. Flat (per sq ft) $8–$18. Your exact quote depends on pitch, access, deck condition, and material.
10% on contract signing. The remaining 90% is due on completion. Industry standard is 30–50% — we keep ours low because we believe you shouldn't take on most of the financial risk before the job starts.
We don't offer in-house financing, but we can refer you to lenders who specialize in home improvement loans. Ask us at the estimate.
Yes. Our written quotes are line-itemized and binding. If we discover additional issues (e.g., more rot than expected), we stop and walk you through it before doing anything that changes the price.
The Job
Most single-family homes: 1–3 days. Larger homes, steep pitches, or complex roofs: 3–5 days. We'll give you a timeline before we start and update you if anything changes.
Yes — magnetic nail sweep, full debris haul-away, and a final walkthrough with you before we invoice. We don't leave until you're satisfied.
Yes. We send photo updates to your phone each day showing progress. You never have to wonder what's happening on your roof.
Call (510) 555-1234 immediately. We tarp same day for emergencies. Tarping does not obligate you to use us for the full repair — it just stops the damage.
Insurance Claims
Yes. We work with Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, AAA, Liberty Mutual, USAA, and Travelers. We meet your adjuster on-site and document everything to support your claim.
We can walk you through the process and document damage thoroughly. We don't file claims on your behalf (that's between you and your carrier), but we support the documentation side heavily.
We can help you build a supplemental file. Some denials are reversible with the right documentation and an independent adjuster.
Multi-Unit & Commercial
Yes — multi-unit residential, duplexes, triplexes, and small commercial buildings. Flat and low-slope roofs (TPO, modified bitumen) are our specialty for these.
Yes. We coordinate scheduling to minimize disruption and can section jobs to keep some units accessible throughout.
For emergencies, yes. For scheduled jobs, we typically work Mon–Sat 7am–5pm to respect neighbors' quiet hours.
